Requirements

The Décor Coordinator for the Leesburg Nativity Tour is responsible for designing and creating the annual customized Nativity ornaments and ensuring that proper participating vendors and store owners receive them. This role plays a key part in sharing the story of the Nativity through the ornament program, including managing production, preparing display materials, and coordinating distribution. For 2025, the ornament is called the Christmas Cross, featuring intricate carvings that tell the story of the Nativity and accompanied by a poem from the creator. Past ornaments are displayed on the Christmas Tree in the Clothing Closet on Church Street and are available for purchase at Trinity House Cafe. The Décor Coordinator ensures that each ornament reaches participating locations and is ready to be enjoyed by the community.

Here are pictures of past ornaments, available for $5 at Trinity House Cafe  and also displayed on the Christmas Tree in the Clothing Closet on Church Street.
