About the Role
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds
Willingness to assist with dismantling and moving tents
Ability to move speakers, sound equipment, and other event materials
Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically able to bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
Commitment to serve with a positive attitude and respectful conduct
Closed-toe shoes required for safety
Requirements
Volunteers help setup tents, tables and supporting material for community event such as the Leesburg Flower and Garden Show and the Loudoun County Fair. We want to represent Christ as these community events, encouraging believers in their faith, being a resource of Christian activities and churches. We want to engage the public in meaning conversation about their own faith journey, offer prayer and encourage them in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
